Your files, exports and subscription

Find and keep your work

The Media Library lets you browse your project’s images, videos, and audio. Select the files you need and use Download selected, or open Files to find them in the project folder.

Keep the whole project folder if you want to return to the project later. Close Studio before making a backup copy. Do not rename or delete the app’s project files or folders manually.

Manage your subscription

1. Open your Fiction.show account and use the billing portal link to manage your payment details, invoices, or cancellation.
2. Check the cancellation confirmation and the paid-through date shown for your subscription. If something looks wrong, contact hello@fiction.show.

Canceling stops future renewals. Subscription features continue through your paid period. Afterward, you can still view and export existing projects in your installed app without a subscription charge. Creating projects and generating content requires active access.

Provider accounts are separate. Canceling Studio does not cancel a provider or agent subscription, refund provider usage, or change that service’s policies.

Course access and Studio access are different

Your account lists the course access you have. The paid Fiction.show course is separate from a Studio subscription, and the free getting-started lessons remain open without either purchase. Contact support if the access listed on your account does not match your purchase or invitation.
